Posted TM 3.19a included the minor changes to comment sections in boilerplate entities. Two shun characters were detected in the updated text entities within the comment section. In some XML editors, this caused a problem. Note: No changes were made to DTD elements, attributes, or entities.

Posted TM 2.1.7 XML DTD in association with MIL-STD-40051B(TM). Made optional the <eic> in Work Package Initial Setup for previous DTD versions. MIL-STD-40051B(TM) does not specifically address the element, but MIL-HDBK-1222B(TM) shows examples using the element. Using the release 2.1.7 do NOT use <eic> in the Work Package Initial Setup.
