This DTD is used for the fielding of administrative publication product Department of the Army Circular (DA CIR). DA CIRs are temporary directive publications that expire two years or less after date of issue.
This standard includes instructions for the development of front, body, and rear matter information for DA CIRs. The DTD also allows development and output of selected parts of a DA CIR.
